Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the CoinPrime platform, operated by COINPRIME SHPK, a company registered in the Republic of Kosovo ("CoinPrime", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CoinPrime lets eligible customers buy and sell supported cryptoassets against euro (EUR) through the CoinPrime website, mobile application and CoinPrime ATM locations. We may add, suspend or remove supported assets, networks or features at any time.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification before transacting. We apply customer due diligence measures required by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Your transaction limits depend on your verification tier. We may request additional information or evidence at any time and may decline, limit or suspend service while a request is outstanding.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. We provide security features such as two-factor authentication and expect you to use them. Notify us immediately through in-app support if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders, quotes and fees

Prices are quoted at the time of your order and include the applicable spread. Quotes are valid only for the period shown. Fees, including service commissions, network fees and bank transfer fees, are disclosed before you confirm an order. Confirmed orders are final and cannot be cancelled once execution has begun.

5. Payments and bank transfers

Euro payouts are made only to a bank account held in your own name. Incoming payments must originate from an account in your own name. Payments that fail these checks may be returned, and return costs may be deducted. Cash transactions at ATM locations are subject to the statutory limits of the Republic of Kosovo.

6. Cryptoasset deposits and withdrawals

Cryptoasset withdrawals are sent only to addresses you have registered and confirmed. Transfers on a blockchain are irreversible; we cannot recover assets sent to a wrong address or an unsupported network. Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use CoinPrime for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or evading sanctions. We screen customers and transactions against applicable sanctions and watchlists. We may refuse, suspend or reverse transactions, freeze balances and report to competent authorities where the law requires.

8. Risk disclosure

Cryptoassets are volatile and can lose value quickly. Balances held with CoinPrime are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme. You alone are responsible for deciding whether trading cryptoassets is appropriate for you.

9. Availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service in whole or in part for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoinPrime is not liable for losses caused by market movements, blockchain network events, actions of third-party providers, or your failure to secure your account. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time once outstanding transactions have settled. We may suspend or terminate service where these Terms are breached or where the law requires. Statutory record-keeping obligations survive account closure.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be announced through the platform before they take effect.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Kosovo.
